Information

It has taken us some time to finish the work with the English section, but now we are there. This is just a first try to make something out of it, where we will go from here we are still not sure of, but at least it is a beginning. We have been on the net for almost four years now and now and then people have asked us to add an English section to the site. There are many reasons for our reluctance to do so; what would we write about, what would interest people in other countries and so on? Not to mention the difficulties connected to writing in another language than our own!

Well, as it seems, it is too late to back out now. It is time to get to work, to begin with by introducing some basic information about Sweden and Swedish hunting and wildlife. As we see it, there is plenty to talk about because the spring is coming, and soon enough the summer will follow. To be honest; there is not much to write about in the winter. Besides, in wintertime we are too busy trying to stay warm…

Of course there will be stories about spaniels and the hunting with them, about friends and so on – as we all know: spaniels make people connect. But since we are interested in so much more than that there will be a lot about other things too, fishing and bird watching for instance. We are all very keen on photography so we promise you that there will be many, many photos of animals, birds and everything else that can be of interest for all those who like to learn about other things than dog training and hunting.

We have the ambition to write something new as frequently as we can. As already stated, spring is on and soon there will be much more to write about.

As you can see we have a guestbook you can write in, but you are always welcome to mail us, to ask questions, even to contribute if you like. We like to know new people and to learn about other countries and other ways of hunting, so do not hesitate to mail us.

 Enjoy

 Sincerely

 Stefan and Annelie
